Founded by Rebecca Ward, MBA, in memory of her brother Steven Ward, LLB, Barristers’ Health was established to support barristers, solicitors, judges, law students, and other legal professionals working in demanding environments. Barristers’ Health focuses on the intersection of psychology, workplace well-being, and the legal profession.
The legal profession requires intellectual rigour, emotional resilience, sound judgement, and sustained performance under pressure. Barristers’ Health exists to support those who carry these responsibilities while promoting healthier and more sustainable professional practice.
